Publishing a Memory Page is a single one-time payment of $14.99 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

A Memory Page is a digital product that is delivered as soon as payment completes. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If something went wrong with your purchase or your page did not publish correctly, contact us and we will review the request.

Send your request through the contact page and include the link to your Memory Page and the email address used at checkout.

This policy may be updated before or after launch. The version shown here applies to purchases made while it is published.
