Terms of Service

LINKDWEAR lets you create a Memory Page and publish it at a permanent link with a QR code. Publishing a Memory Page is a one-time payment of $14.99 USD per page. There is no subscription.

You keep ownership of the photographs and words you upload. By publishing, you confirm that you have the right to use and publish that content, including permission from any people shown or described, or from the person responsible for a memorial or a child's page. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.

You grant LINKDWEAR permission to store and display your content for the purpose of hosting your Memory Page.

A published Memory Page can be viewed by anyone with the page link or QR code. Pages are not password protected. Please do not publish anything you would not want a stranger who scans the code to see. Drafts remain unpublished and are only reachable through the private preview link generated for that draft.

We aim to keep published pages online continuously, but the service is provided as-is and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Please keep your own copies of any photographs you upload.

We may remove a Memory Page that violates these terms or applicable law. You may request removal of your own page at any time.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
